Getting started

Ruam Kan shows what's on the streaming services you already have and opens each title in the right app. You can use it without an account; signing in keeps your profiles and lists on every device.

Sign in on your phone or computer

1. Open ruamkan.com or the iPhone app.
2. Press Sign in and type your email.
3. Type the code from the email, or open the link in the email on the same device.

There's no password.

Got an invite link?

Open the invite link first, then sign in, then press Accept. You land in the right household, or are added as a friend.

Link a TV

1. On the TV: Settings > Link this TV > Get a code.
2. On your phone (Settings > TVs) or the website (Settings > Account > Link a TV): type the code.
3. Check the TV's name and confirm.

Nobody types a password on the TV.

TV PIN (optional)

Settings > Account > TV PIN. With a PIN, a shared TV asks for it before opening your profiles, so others can't use them.

Sharing

Nothing is shared until you switch it on in Settings > Sharing: your list, what you've watched and your stars each have their own switch.
